Well I updated the alt tags, but for some reason the images are not showing the alt tags when I hover over them.

I believe that's the TITLE attribute you're after, though IE does show a tooltip with the alt attribute if no title is specified.

I like it, very clean and layed out well, informative and too the point.

Not sure on the use of slang though, "on the fritz".
