My second site design, tried to make it as simple, straightforward and eye catching as possible. Would like to add a testimonial section and a paypal link, would like to hear any other feedback.

Thanks in advance.

I only had time for a quick glance at each of the pages.

I like the structure. The layout is good.

All the information seems to be there.

The copy looks good too, from what I had a chance to read.

The only thing I really didnt like, and which hit me straight away was the colour scheme. That light blue background colour I find really hard to look at.

What is your SEO plan and how are you marketing the service online?

I would use WordPress, I'm not a fan of the layout.

I'm also not a fan of the font used for the logo.

I like the little tips you've added as buttons, but I don't think they are needed.

What sort of colour would you suggest?

I haven't delved into the world of SEO yet.

I think a good starting point would be the logo. If you work from that it will give the impression the whole thing was designed together. (It will look 'harmonious') :)

You have shades of charcoal, black, orange and red in the logo itself.

Pick one color from the logo (red, orange), and research its exact complimentary, then decide on either a light, or a dark site background. There are plenty of good color scheme sites on the net, (example) that could be used as a reference.

That would be the direction I would take.

[edit] I saw a site on sitepoint a few days ago that has a good take on the use of orange as base with some subtle highlights using complimentaries. Might be useful as an example of a good result based on 'orange' http://www.luckyorange.com/index.php
sitepoint thread is here

Anyhoo, good luck with it :)

I know we are not all web pro's but your website is the main card in your advertising. This site does look very much like a 1990's website, Im sure many here would agree.

The shadow on the text makes it hard to read, the fonts used are innappropriate. The colour scheme is simply non existant and the very bold border is offputting.

I understand you may have a lot of knowledge in what you are advertising, its essentially the way that you have designed the site as described in my points above is what I am stressing.
If you cannot I would suggest you get a professional web designer to create your website, as this I believe is a very very important advertising tool.

Thanks for all the advice fellas.
I agree about the 90's feel I'm gonna go back to the drawing board and check wordpress out.

Just a silly thing, i would ditch the "No 1. for remote pc repair" on the top.

Reads 'no one' to me to easily... perhaps replace 'No' with '#1'?

256bit encryption as red text is being messed with by red lines, very hard to read, and like others above, fonts need some changing.

Change copywrite to 2011, it's at 2010 at footer.

Add another line break between ("Does the problem occur when you are using a particular device such as the printer?") and ("Does the problem occur when you are using a particular program such as a game, spreadsheet, or word processor?") to make the page uniform with spaces between bullets on the diagnostics page... though this may be moot, depending on what direction you take on the advice given above.

+1 wordpress.

Its an excellent platform. :) Make sure to check out ThemeForest's WP section. Its definitely worth the $30 investment for a premium theme IMO

If you need a hand with WP setup or want to discuss gen. aspects of it or whatever you are welcome to pm me.

I have a pretty cool plugin setup and would be happy to share :)
