Hey nibs, I'm starting to get some requests from techs asking for help with New Outlook. They are moving into retirement and don't want to learn it so they are handing those calls over to me. It's a lot to learn, so I said yes I'd help. That got me thinking about all the configurations coming our way...now and the future. I created a survey to help you know what some of your clients might need from you. I have some other ideas for the future, a digital book for techs for New Outlook, or a site to get techs content, not sure. It would be something I do in 2026 most likely. But I have to start thinking now as I'm getting calls every week from my clients. Some want New Outlook and some are getting New Outlook pop up instead of Classic, etc. Lots of issues. Since I've been researching it for quite awhile, I can help quicker than I used to be able to.
