I currently use Sage Peachtree for invoicing, invoices, etc but its pretty limited. Im looking at both PCEsoft.com's Instant Quote Pro or CommitCRM for a program designed for what we do.

Do any of you have any experience with either and would i also need a accounting program to run with it such as Peachtree or Quickbooks?

Well I use CommitCRM, it is really an awesome product and the cost to get it is really low for what this offers. It does have the ability to bill customer and track charges. It also has an optional plug in that you can get that will sync to quick books if you prefer.

CommitCRM is really nice, I actually have to comment on it every time I see someone asking about it because I really think its that good.

Are you a microsoft partner? join the microsoft partner program, get an action pack subscription and for $299 you'll get Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 and Dynamics CRM 4.0 - not to mention 10 NFR copies of Office 2007 Professional (and Visio and Project), 10 Vista Business, 1 Vista Ultimate, SBS2003, Server 2008, ISA, Exchange, SQL, MOSS, Groove, Forefront... the list is pretty long. you can run your whole business on all the premium microsoft business products for less than the cost of Vista Ultimate. A very good deal.
