Need help with UltraVNC and the SingleClick Addon

Ok, I want to start doing the remote support, I downloaded the UltraVNC program and installed it on my machine. Then I DL'd the UltraVNC SingleClick so I can make an executable that my clients can DL and click on to connect.

I think I have UltraVNC set up right, it is configured somewhat like the example at http://www.uvnc.com/install/configuration.html, except for the 'Require MS Logon' and 'New MS Logon' boxes are not checked in mine. I have my computer on and running UltraVNC Viewer in Listen Mode. I run the SingleClick program on my roommates computer, double click in the box, and I get:

"No VNC Server selected"

Here is what the helpdesk.txt file that I used to create the executable file looks like. Instead of xx.xx.xx.xx, I used the IP Address that I got from IPChicken.com:

OK, So at this point I have no Idea what I am doing. What I need is a set of "UltraVNC for Dummies" set of instructions. Anyone here that can help with that? Probably be best to talk me through both the UltraVNC config and the UltraVNC SC config.

"No VNC Server Selected" usually means you're not double clicking on the words "Internet Support" or "Internet Support Encryption". But if that's not the problem then have you got port 5500 forwarded to your IP on your router?

Try adding a new option for your internal ip (eg - connect 192.168.1.2:5500 -noregistry ...or whatever your internal IP is) then try running it from your roommates PC again.

Also, which online creator verison are you using to create your exe? I suggest you try RC3 because this is the only version that worked for me - here.

Sorry if that doesn't make any sense but I must dash out for a bit I'll be back later to try and explain it more.

Oh. Silly me, I doubble clicked in the box. Didn't even think of clicking on the words. Will give that a shot, and if no go, will try with the RC3 like you said.
