Need help choosing a typeface?

Yeah I saw this one on LifeHacker. Could be very helpful when designing websites.

I always find the colour scheme and the typeface to be the hardest to get perfect

I have always used verdana since I read a study once that said it was a lot more easy to read then other fonts.

The study also talked about typing in ALL CAPS as well as dark backgrounds and white letters. Both of those where suppose to be major no no's
