Be gentile.

I had no idea on how to create a website or with using HTML, so I just downloaded a WYSIWYG program and went from there. I'm currently in the process of creating a new site using Joomla, but it's taking some time.

Its not half bad.
Its not the best I have seen, but your text is good still some proof reading to be done and the layout is easy on the eyes.
Few pointers -
1) Get rid of the Google Ads down the side as it cheapens the feel of your company if you have to rely on Google Ads!
2) Get a structure on your text. Some of it is larger on some pages than others, and smaller on other pages. Make it all the same size, eg. Headings are h1 tags and to a certain size, and paragraph text is p tags at its size!

If i find more I will let you know, but its good to be honest!

(Vista Support Coming Soon)

It's nearly 30 months since Vista was released and it'll be gone in a few months more. Whether you like the OS yourself or not, you really do need to be able to support it and any other versions of Windows as they come along.

Thanks for the feed back guys. I'm going to lose the google ads and make the changes that were suggested.

I do support vista, but I just keep forgetting to remove that. I created the site 2 years ago, but it was down all of last year. Since this isn't my permanent job, I don't keep up on it that often.

Sorry, I've taken the support contract for my 15 Vista workstations elsewhere now.

the title of the "about us" says "untitled page" and the ram image on the upgrades page cuts into your text , other than that its a nice clean layout

OK bubba. ;)

To be perfectly frank the services you offer are very basic and if you can get enough volume of work with a nuke-'n-pave approach to make a business during a recession then I'll be most surprised, especially when you factor in two site visits and the "I've lost my..." or "...doesn't work anymore" calls that will inevitably happen after you've walked away with their cash.

Take it easy bubba:D

I don't just do a nuke-'n-pave and walk away with there money. That's just something that is offered. I'm very capable in providing computer support for customers. Like I said before this isn't my day job and I don't do any type of advertising, so I don't expect to get a lot of business if any from the site. All the work I do is by word of mouth.

I'm sorry my site offended you. I only put it on here to get feed back on the site and not what services I provide.

your website is

DOWN. Are you still in business or just changed the URL?

The site itself isn't half bad at all, I've seen much much much much worse.

But we need to discuss your prices, you are a “Pizza Tech”

$25 for password reset? Alright perhaps if they brought it too you but you are traveling to these peoples home. And you should specify that its windows recovery because some of those bios passwords especially on laptops are bloody impossible. And $50 for data recovery???? Really?

Also, your only available between 7-9pm? Who besides your family is going to trustyou to come in the dark of the night with no store front or verifiable address to take their computer away?

I don't think your website is half bad. I've definitely seen worse. Here are a few suggestions from me.

1. Add your phone number to every page. This way the customer doesn't have to search for it.
2. Add the areas(cities) that you service. That way you won't get calls that aren't near you. Plus it will help the search engines.
3. Make your about us page a little more personal. People like to know who they're dealing with. You don't need to sound like a huge corporation. Especially if your not. This is just my opinion on this one.
4. I would add more services. It looks like you just do 3 things. Data services, PC setup and cleaning.

Thanks for all the feedback. Looks like I need to make a ton of adjustments and go over my prices. Possibly go to an hourly charge for certain things, so if it's a quick fix I would have the rest of the hour to do a clean up on the system if the customer would like. For most of the services I provide, I would take the computer/laptop and I've been meaning to change the hours available as well. I still have a lot to learn on the business side, but I'm trying. Thanks again
