I actually like it, though you wont win many compliments because of it being flash.

I think it looks sleek, but the flash aspect may cause problems if the customer is using the machine that is giving them problems. It loaded fine on my computer, but if I was infected with spyware and running slow, I would probably hit backspace instead of waiting for the site to load. Maybe have a link to a simple HTML version of the site for people who are on old/slow computers or smartphones.

I like the layout. The clicking sound that I heard when scrolling over a link is annoying IMO. Nice touch with the smoking computer!

Agreed about the flash issue. With a decent amount of work, almost everything on that site can be converted to a nice, accessible, search engine-friendly HTML and CSS.

If you're comfortable with coding, check out jQuery for the visual effects.

Flash aside though, I love the smoking computer and the ultra-simple home page. On the sub-pages, be careful with contrast. A rule of accessibility is making sure text is not too close to the color or brightness of the background, and gray text on gray background can be hard for older eyes to read.

Speaking of accessibility, since the site is all flash, text size cannot be increased in the browser for the hard-sighted. That's important with many of our clientele.
