Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble finding remote support software that meets my needs.
I'm looking for something
  • Brandable
  • Allows booting into safe mode
  • Easy for the client
  • Isn't expensive
  • Provides a stable connection

It be great if it could track time, but that's not such a big concern.
I plan on trying to implement a page on my website that they can go to for remote support.

Thank you

I believe TeamViewer offers all of those in a one-time fee.

It's the fee that you may have an issue with.

Dualdesk, Bomgar, and about a dozen others. Might help if you say what ones you have actually looked at. There has been alot of threads about this and the pros/cons covering all of them.

Sorry, it would be great if we had our own matrix on here comparing the various programs. I know there's a matrix on Wikipedia, but it's really not that great.

I've checked out Teamviewer, Log me in rescue, Amyadmin, Instant Housecall, Techinline, Bomgar.

Log me in rescue is to expensive, with some of the other programs like instant housecall. I couldn't tell if you could boot into safe mode or not.

Instant Housecall doesn't look too bad price wise. Do you have to pay for all three months up front?

$150 a month is not too expensive for the features Log Me In Rescue has. If you do 3 calls that month its more than paid for. And if your only doing 3 calls in a month, well you dont need Log Me In Rescue.

Advantig Oneclick does everything you want and a license is only $125 - Check it

Saying that - it looks very similar to Remote Support System as suggested above, but OneClick is cheaper by the looks of it.

It couldn't be simpler either- even my most inept customers can use it.

Is there any speed difference between Instanthousecall and Advantig Oneclick?
