It seems that way from your angle, but there will be a lot of wiring to do if the additional switches are not used. And by the, there are 26 devices in total, and it would have been 27 if I had not taken out one. Thanks for the input.
If you are referring to the computer, it's windows OS. If you are referring to the Uifi AP, I'm not sure of the version/OS. Thank you.

Ok...Yeah man.Never suggested not using "additional switches". I suggested they change their attitude on refusing to buy new hardware and forcing what you have on hand to be "good enough". New hardware is the way to go here. It's a business that as I see it depends on it's network to be fast and reliable. Using old hardware that may not be the best fit for this setup is the problem I was pointing out.
Didn't want to suggest you weren't capable, just that normally in this use case a company is far better off hiring a pro who does this day in and day out. I'm sure with enough time and effort, you can get this job done as well. Didn't mean to knock you in any way.
The purpose of a VPN is so that my CEO can access base documents from home or simply off site. What is the purpose of the VPN?

OK, teamviewer, but doesn't the host on the other end will have to allow access so that that host can use the system remotely? If you don't want the complexity of the VPN you could go with TeamViewer or something similar.
