Long story short, my husband went in for a pretty serious surgery on Monday morning, he will be in for a week. I'm basically running things from my cell and a laptop while staying with him at the hospital. Yesterday I had 7 drops coming in, all scheduled to come in between 3 pm and 5. I have someone who can be at my shop for a few hours a day to take in the drops and a tech who comes in after hours to do the work.
The associate that was supposed to cover the shop for drops couldn't make it in, I was absolutely panicked as I couldn't get back in time. My son offered to do it, I was a little hesitant but out of options.... When the tech got there at 5:30 he sent me this picture. Said my boy knocked it out of the park, checked them into Mhelpdesk, got passwords and took great notes, mind you, he's never been trained, this is all osmosis from hanging around. Then today when I called one of the drops (from yesterday), the client made it a point to tell me how polite and charming my son was. I don't normally brag but I am so dang proud of that kid, he really saved the day.

Well played, young man stepped up when needed. Kudos! Now just need to get him fixing the computers!
