I am planning to open a business and I plan to go after small business's. Besides break fix, I want to do MSP. Does anybody have sample MSP contracts that they can share? Also, what do you charge for MSP services?

I'm pretty sure the Technibble business kit has got a contract you can use (I haven't got it to hand, so can't check). As for pricing it depends on your area. Here in UK, some techs can charge more while some charge a lot less than me, it all comes down to your local area and is something you will need to work out and research.

As Steve mentions, map contracts are available in the tn bus kit. (Together with a lot of other great forms).

Well worth the cost.

Re pricing, that is entirely up to your geographical location, area, and what the market in your area will stand.

Rather like having a burger from McDonalds. You can get a Big Mac, from your local store, and it may be $2.99. You go to one in your large town, and it will be $3.99. Head out on the freeway, stop at a service centre, and you will see its $4.99.

It all depends on the locality. Do some research, check out your competitors. See if they have prices on their websites. If not, ring them up. Make a simple spreadsheet, and go from there.

I try to be in the upper 50% for my area.

For the vast majority of my services. (Break fix), I'm more expensive than the big box stores!.

It's all about not exactly what you can get away with, but providing the better experience for your clients.
Ie, as a client would you rather have to send your machine off to X. For them to (in most cases wipe and reload). With no backups, and having to wait 7-10 days, and get charged £50.

Or have it done locally. Your data is backed up. Diagnostics completed thoroughly, reports generated. Treated as a person rather than a number. Have it back within a day or so. And get charged £60.

The RMM package you select to do your MSP with, will have contract templates you can modify for yourself, as well as marketing collateral. Our managed services sub forum has many....many threads about pricing.

Karl Palachuk has a book with sample contracts here. He wrote a decent book, Managed Services in a Month. Had a lot of useful info in it, things I hadn't thought about. Worth purchasing both of the items.

I think the business kit contract being referred to is the Maintenance Contract (under Documents / Maintenance Work) which I'd actually managed to miss until now. Just FYI, there is a lot in there and some is easy to miss.

+1 for the technibble business kit. Tons of great forms that require (for me, at least) minimal modification.

I still plan to have a local lawyer go over them, once I secure a lawyer, to make sure everything is air-tight. However, as-is, it's an incredible product and a great jumping-off point.
