Time has come our family has grown, our little place with my wife and two little girls and I are moving on after 14 years! My eldest daughter is 5 and her school is a simple walk about 5mins down the road which is awesome. . So how much crap can one accumulate in that amount of time? I am currently cleaning out my garage/workshop arghh, the recurrent thought when picking up items "this might still be useful still" repeat x infinity, seriously I am over this might be useful now and binning most **** - skip bin right at my door.

MY PRECIOUSSESS,,,no bin for you!
A 2 metre 4 drawer filing cabinet of old c64 and amiga stuff to go through - none will be thrown out I suspect. Most original games and cables + x6 c64 units x4 Amiga 500 units + 1084s monitor a SNES, xbox, xbox360, PS1[bin] and PS2 +a telesport tv game system lol.
My hoard of games to go with Amiga alone has over 750 discs lol.

All xp or vista laptops and components - into the bin for recycling for one no debate there. All other desktop crap has gone into the bin.

I have the small garden shed to attack, though that can be tomorrow, I am tired now just contemplating this.

What is awesome new place has a "manshed" decked out - with a workspace area separate from the main area, and a pot belly heater to boot!

i dont envy you the move.

I moved house 3 weeks ago and for the 3 months prior i was constantly taking old junk to the waste collection facility.

On plus side once done you then get the luxury of the wife nagging you for new stuff as too much perfectly good stuff in my eyes in hers is "old and falling apart" and needs replacing
