Got a call from these guys today for advertising in a local movie theater here
wondering if anyone has used them before and if its worthwhile

about $300 for 4 months to be listed in the pamphlet

It's been a while since I've been to the theater, but last I remembered they used to advertise on screen before the show. I guess pamphlets are less expensive maybe?

yea i would have jumped on it if it was for the screen ads

i know i happen to watch the screen before the movie while inbetween the trivia questions

I'm thinking that the ads on-screen would easily be 10x as much of an investment.
But MAN that would be pretty awesome see your ad up there. Frankly I don't think that it would be profitable (as even the big boys don't seem to advertise up there [GS, ETF, etc]), but hey, that's why daydreaming is for, right ...

Did this once a while back. Got nothing that I could attribute to this. They were also hard to cancel with, not as bad as the Berry company but still wouldn't take no for an answer.

Is it possible to advertise on the movie screen advertising? That would probably catch someones attention, but at the same time might be expensive. Anyone ever try it?...

Personally, by the time the movie is over I barely remember the previews and have no idea about the on screen ads. And I've never seen pamphlets at my local AMC/Loews.
