Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 Crashing

Hello Everyone! Again... (just posted elsewhere)

I've got a client that has a custom-built PC from a tech that was not me, and poorly at that, but I have tested all the hardware to make sure it's solid, that seems to be having an issue with Outlook 2013. Every time they open it, sometimes it will work for just a bit, but then it says "Outlook Has Stopped Responding" and crashes. I've done some Googling and haven't found any solutions that seem to work, so far I've:

-Disabled ALL add-ons.
-Booted with almost no Startup Items except MSSE.
-Reinstalled Office 2013 from scratch.
-Ran both the Quick and Extensive repair that's included.

The computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate (I'm about 90% certain it's a non-legit copy, based on the price they paid for the computer), but a very valid version of Office 2013 Home and Biz.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
-D

When does the error appear? Is it when the open an attachment? Open email with a picture? You could try doing an uninstall with revo or something...I don't think Office uninstalls cleanly. If it is one of the above mentioned issues, there's some temp/cache files within the outlook structure which can be deleted to resolve...forgot the name of it though :/

Also, if its when trying to print, there's a cache file for that too...anything in event logs? Those above mentioned fixes are the things I have done when a repair didn't work but they are very specific...not sure if it would help but figured I'd throw it out there.

Oh and the names of the files are easily googled...but I'm just lazy at the moment and need to cook before the Providence vs Creightin Bball game...I like Prov because I utilized their offense for the team I coach....my GF is Blue Jay alumni...I may be sleeping on e couch tonight ;)

In addition to Mokestar, what are they doing when it crashes? Are they in the calender, are they in mail (is the mail POP, IMAP, Exchange?).

The more information you give, the better our help will be.

I'd also check out that copy of Windows. If they have purchased an illegal copy of Windows, then you need to inform the authorities. If they paid by credit card and it is an illegal copy, then get them to do a charge back.

Sounds like there are a few issues here that you have to deal with, and educate your customer about.

Have you tried recreating a outlook profile? If so, how about a windows profile. I would uninstall with geek uninstaller or revo, as it will get the registry stuff.

I know that error.... A lot of clients get it. I tell them to switch their PC off for 24 hours. The next day, I call them back, ask if they've had the error in the past 24 hours. Amazingly, they haven't, so I know that it's fixed :D
