It's been replaced by the new Partner benefits program.

Partner Launch Benefits ($345 / year)
Partner Success Core Benefits ($895.20 / year)
Partner Success Expanded Benefits. ($3,994.80 / year)

The Partner Launch Benefits package is cheaper than Action Pack, for a vastly improved M365 subscription bundle.
Larger partners should take a look at the larger packages, as heavier user counts are present.

I'm looking at the Success Core benefits myself, even for just me... that's A LOT for $900 a year.

Does this still include OS licenses? I just do not see it on the links.

Got to look down towards the bottom Bob. But it looks like client OS access is gone. Everything else is cloud based. I guess MS's way of saying like it or not your going to the cloud. Well I've been considering hanging up my spurs so maybe it'll be sooner rather than later. Wonder if the MAPS keys will still work after the switch. It's been a while but I tried a Technet key several years ago and it still activated.

oops. I guess I didn't look that well. thanks!

The client OS licenses were a legal problem anyway, technically you can't upgrade anything to the pro's provided that weren't already pro to begin with.

In practice... just get yourself however many Retail copies you need. It's not like Windows 10 didn't last forever, and those licenses upgrade for free to 11. If they're retail licenses... move them between boxes. Buy once, own forever reduces the cost of the desktop OS to a non-consideration.

I too have to make this change, even OEM @ $150 / machine isn't that bad. A non-incidental cost relative to the complete machine, especially if a GPU is involved, I spent more on my SSDs! $200 / device? Meh... who cares. I'll deal with that over time.
