Thanks for posting the video Vincent. Terry this is exactly how I have been doing it and tried to explain to you. I don't use the actual timer but enter my time daily for work done on each ticket.

Works great and also have just started doing it on my iPhone and iPad.

Also, due to bad timing I have basically missed the mHelpdesk webinars that they just had advertised on Technibble. Were those recorded so they can be watched later? I really want to see them.

Even if you don’t attend, be sure to register so you can get a copy of the webinar after it’s finished. Also, a special coupon code will be given to members after the Webinar

I am hoping they still plan on letting us know where to view a recorded copy or I will have to wake up ultra early (Australian time) and catch one of the remaining webinars.
