Thought I'd throw this out there for members to post, so everything is one place. Mentioned in another thread, maybe we can all post here?

Adam @Slaters Kustum Machines is now working with me on Office 365 migrations, so far, so good! We have done a handful since last summer. One job we did was MINDBLOWING, it was too much for a video but we skipped all the private stuff and just shared the basics of what techs should know.

Mine are a little less professional, and the production quality is still in the dumps... and that's it right now... But I'll get there sooner or later!

And there are very few that can do live streaming, so that is what will help you with the engagement of your audience, they will want to chat and talk, etc. Do you have a scheduled time for your shows? YT says it's important to have a format and schedule so the audience gets used to that.

I am working to get a schedule, though YouTube isn't a high priority in my life ATM. More of just doing a video when I got a free minute. I should hopefully be completing some projects here in the next 2 weeks and get some free time opening up.

I do have my priorities, but sadly YouTube is just lower on the list for me.

Look at me reviving a dead thread, but it's better to just revive than to duplicate I guess.

Anyways, I am starting a new YouTube channel, this one has a direction, so it's success rate is a tad higher.

My friend is helping me "git gud" with improving quality and we are actually sticking to a schedule! He is giving away a free SSD, not valued much, but great opportunity to see his channel, our collaboration stuff, and get a free SSD.

I do an occasional Youtube video since I discovered it is great for driving traffic to my website. Amateur level, using amateur software, finished with a little sauce of music from the Youtube free music library .. I find watching other people watching at work very inspirational, so I love watching this type of videos ..

Iv'e been working on building an empire, not exactly enough spare time to dedicate here. :/

Working on 5 sources of income for 2019, not as easy as it sounds, to be honest.
