Sorry guys but it was really the lack of customer service(which is a giant pet peeve of mine). I received three or four messages and none of it was 'I see what you're saying' or 'I understand'. It was pretty much 'It's policy', 'It's policy', and 'I'm sorry but it's policy'
I always see Technibbler's on here saying "stick to your guns" "stick to your prices and policies", and really meditechny is doing just that. I guess I just fail to see what they have done wrong, and by your own admission it seems their tech support was good in the sense that they contacted you back and let you know what the deal was. Just because you disagree does not equal bad customer service.
Believe me, I tried a bunch of other DC Jack eBay sellers before meditechny, and if an advertised 15% restocking fee is all you have to worry about (on usually $2-3 items)... then your doing good!
For the one time that they messed up on my order they really did a great job getting me the right jack overnighted, with minimal questions or hoops to jump.
