Did Exam MD-100 replace Exam 70-698?

Does this mean current study materials are no longer up-to-date?

Maybe that's why udemy is selling their training for so little right now.

It seems like the exams are constantly being updated. The only time I've had 100% current study course was when targeting a previous exam version number, when they were going to phase out for a new version number. Sometimes the changes are just clarifications, sometimes they're minor and the course creators already cover it, sometimes just short additional videos need to be added.

I'm not sure I've ever payed attention to a course's price when not on sale on udemy.

And lets face it, when the tests change it's generally "a few things" that are changing.

The core information for a very great many of these certifications has remained unchanged for very long periods of time. Yes, certain things are newly added and others deleted, but unless a product is really new if you have studied with "the immediately previous generation" of prep material you're not likely to fail an exam as a result.
