I am testing out MaxFocus and installed the agent on a client PC. I enabled Patch Management, AV, Web Monitoring and Remote Access.
The client had wha appeared to be Adobe Reader 11.0.10 installed and there was an update notification in the taskbar (it says it was an update to 11.0.10 but it looks like it installed 11.0.11. However, no matter what I tried, it never appeared in the MaxFocus console as a patch update. Does anybody know why?
I will probably upgrade this client to Adobe Reader DC but if I'm going to sell patch management as a remote service, I want to know that the clients won't be seeing these pop-up reminders to install while on my console side I don't see anything.
