Downloaded it but haven't loaded it yet. Some features look interesting, like iPhone as a scanner.

Apple's made another cut so to speak in backwards compatibility support with this version. Was going to load it on a spare '11 MBAir which handles 10.13 fine. Won't be going go that route. From - https://www.macworld.co.uk/news/mac-software/macos-10-14-mojave-3669087/#toc-3669087-7. That's around a 2 year slice being removed. 10.13 supported '09-'10 models.

Normally I'll try these out on a usb stick. Far from optimum but usable. This is running like an absolute dog so I'll have to clear out a Thunderbolt drive and install it there.

Yeah, I've never been happy the way they cut out older machines.

Ah well, nothing lasts forever..
I wonder if this version will have cut 'n paste or the ability to go to the next image in the photo app when you open an image in Pictures folder instead of having to open/close each image separately?

I'm glad my MBP 2015 still rocking this stuff.. I like the new stuff. High Sierra runs so nice on an SSD.

I'm still on 10.11. It was the last version of Mac OS that didn't run like garbage. Even the brand new Macs on the sales floor stutter on 10.12+. Bad security? I couldn't care less. I'm not banking on it. I'm imaging other Mac's with it.
