Lost in queue

Develop ineo+ 284e printer. Network printer. Prints fine from Win 7 but from Win 10 (and I guess Win 11 also) the job goes to the queue, leaves the queue, but nothing comes out of the printer.
I tried every driver that they have on there site, but no joy.
What am I missing?

Does it have user codes set up that you have to specify in the driver configuration?

That option is turned off. The Win 7 computers print without needing to authenticate.

Sounds like an SMB v1 issue.

I checked, and SMB v1 is enabled. ( I thought that I had enabled it, but wanted to check again.)
So that's not the issue.

Well, as a workaround, you could share the printer from a Win 7 machine.
