Does anyone know where I can get refurbished licenses for Windows OS? I want to find a authorized center where I can buy genuine COA codes. If you have any companies in mind please post them.

You need to be an authorised Microsoft refurbisher to purchase the refurbisher COA labels. The labels come without a Windows licence key, just a serial number. You log into your refurbisher account and use the original (eg XP, Vista) and new COA serial numbers to authorise and generate a Windows key. If you were to acquire a refurbisher licence any other way, I suspect it would violate the licensing conditions.

I'd recommend joining the refurbisher program instead. Joined it myself quite recently. It's fairly easy to get approved.

I am a refurisher and I am a DandH.com member. I need to purchase COA's to get a valid key. Who do you use?

Inside your refurb portal, is a list of refurb licence suppliers. You will have to speak to them, see if a) they still sell them, how much, and do you need an account.

Ah. Apologies, I misunderstood. I shouldn't answer posts so early in the morning.

I'm in the UK, so my supplier probably wouldn't be much use to you unfortunately.

At DandH.com search for Microsoft Refurb. Under the category Software you'll see 3 packs for Windows 7 for licensed refurbishers.

Yes, then you need to get the keys from the MS portal. The D&H sku is only media and coa, no key.

That's the way the refurb program works, doesn't matter what supplier you use.

You might need to send some info to D&H for them to sell you the keys. I had to submit an email from the Microsoft Refurb program for Tech Data to authorize me to purchase keys

Check with your account rep to see if you have to do something like that.

Yes it does seem to vary. I'm a refurbisher and the site I get packs from just needed a 2 minute sign up and then they said "you can only use them if you have access to the MS portal" and needed no other info other than payment. They came next day.

How much are they charging for Windows 7 Pro? I wanna see if its worth the signup.

Rough guesstimate is about £70.00 for the pack of 3.

It's easier just ringing them up, and see what the current price is.
