I've used them a few times, via ebay.ca. No problems at all. Try searching on ebay.ca and select Canada Only. A few suppliers come up for DC jacks but not with much history behind them. I buy my keyboards from a fellow here in Ottawa and he does decent volume. No issues with him, either.

I've received a few DC jacks from ebay from them aswell. I recall one was DOA and he sent a replacement right away.
