anyone ever delt with them before? i put in an order with them yesterday. i looked at Queensboro. but Logoup's pricing per item especially on name brands like nike and adidas seemed a bit better, and Logoup seemed a little more responsive to my questions.

i ended up ordering a total of six Nike and Adidas Polos for about 200 dollars.

I got two Navy Blue Nike Polos, 2 White Adidas Polos, and 2 more Nike Polos one is a Khaki color, and the other is a cranberry or wine red color.

im not quite sure how to describe the material and the textures. but it is similar to the type of Polo shirt you see college football coaches wear. NIke calls it Dri-Fit, Adidas calls its ClimaCool or something, but its moisture wicking material, which is a god send during georgia summers.

I'm in the process of placing my first order with them, myself. I, like you, looked at a few other places before deciding to go with LogoUp. Some things that sold me on them versus others:
  • No minimus to buy. You could order a single shirt or hat if you really wanted to.
  • They will digitize your logo/image for you for free if you order ANY 6 items on your first order. They normally charge $50, which is pretty standard for most places (although I had seen some charge $100+).
  • You can order non-embroidered samples to be shipped so you can make sure the fit, feel, color, etc. is what you want. You have to pay to ship it back, but it's a small price to pay for piece of mind.
  • Their selection is great. They have a wide range of products they will embroider (not just polos and hats). They also have a ton of name brands, so you can feel confident about the quality.
  • Prices. You could probably find some things cheaper at other places, but not like this on average. Even the namebrand stuff is less than what you'd pay retail... and the embroidery fee is included!
  • Customer service. Admittedly, I didn't call anyone else when I was shopping around. But, LogoUp seems to have a great desire to live up to their "100% guarantee". Both times that I called, I spoke to someone, I wasn't put on hold, they were helpful and polite, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say I was very pleased.
I managed to catch them when they were running a deal that I saw through their email subscription. I'm getting the free digitization for ordering 6+ items, $50 off an order of $175 or more, and free shipping on orders of $199 or more. In total, I'll be getting 4 moisture wicking polos, 2 jackets and a t-shirt for my wife for around $170. I'm just waiting for them to receive my returned samples and to credit my account back. Woot!

It was an email they sent out 30-Mar and expired at midnight on 31-Mar. That's the only down side to their promos and sales--they're short-lived!

I use Logoup all the time. Matter of fact, they are the only ones I use for my embroidery. The selection is great and they are adding new items all the time. Being in Germany, calling them sometimes is not preferable because of the time difference, but anytime and every time I had an issue, I contact them by email. 90% I had a response within 24 hours.

Oh, by the way. The quality is outstanding. The only time I ever had an issue was with a laptop bag I purchased. One of the handles started to come unsewn (but I think I put too much stuff in my bags anyway). I still have it and it hasn't come completely undone yet (it's almost 2 yrs old).

Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

I've been using Queensboro for a few weeks now. Ran into this post searching for other people's thoughts on it actually. Now I want to try logoup too.

Do you think this is something that would look too casual to use for small business clients? http://www.logoup.com/Timberland-Full-Zip-Fleece_p_497.html

I'm guessing for residential it is definitely ok. Are there any other jackets you would recommend instead for business visits on logoup? Share your picks!
