I like the concept but not sure about the execution.

Yeah it is a cat 5 cable with a tongue to resemble a viper. Any suggestion for changes? This is just something I put together really quick, I plan on making changes

I like the 3rd one the most, but I dont like the font for some reason. Too retro?

Its not bad at all, try changing around the font for "viper" and toss out the shadowing behind the lettering.

When you have some free time play with it and then check back.

I really like the concept of the viper and the rj-45. This a great start. Stick with it. real inventive! that is really cool idea.

In my opinion Green looks better. The "Viper" font looks nice. As for the "Computer System" the font is nice/modern but is kind of hard to read. Really nice concept with the cable/viper.

Thanks for the comment. I will work on the bottom font a little more!

I kind of had the idea to go into this direction and kind of put the cord coming out the bottom in such a way that it brought balance for words directly underneath but I suck and couldn't pull it off so I gave up and posted this instead.

I kind of had the idea to go into this direction and kind of put the cord coming out the bottom in such a way that it brought balance for words directly underneath but I suck and couldn't pull it off so I gave up and posted this instead.

Is this what you were trying to do?

No, but they look just fine!

The idea in my head was to extend the snake out of the sign and kind of wrap it around or maybe go to the right to balance out horizontal placement of the words Computer Systems. I couldn't pull it off though but I think what you have now looks pretty good.
