I think you need to lighten your large watermark logo (bottom right) some more. You don't really want to see it when trying to read text that is over it. I could be wrong, Type out a sample letter that has real text over the logo and print it out. See if there are any issues with reading it.

Otherwise, it looks awesome.
 

I'm using OpenOffice, so it comes up mumbo-jumbo for me :confused:

As long as the original is better quality than the images that you showed, then its 95% perfect (there is always room for improvement :))

BTW, is it cheaper getting a printing company to print you out a few thousand letterheads, or using your own printer+ink? I'm sure you'd want to print @ best quality; which will chew through your ink quickly.

The only thing that bugs me is that it won't print to the edge, but it is cheaper now to print them myself.

I do admit that the images don't do it justice.
 
Talk to the people that do your business cards and other promotional materials. I'm sure they'd be able to do your envelopes and get a bleed on the letterhead so it goes right to the edge at a good price.
