KVM suggestions?

So I bought a new kvm the other day. It was inexpensive ps2 4 port. It works but can't work with the usb to ps2 converters that you need with newer machines.

My old one did and I am about to replace it but thought I should ask. Has anyone used a usb kvm and what about older machines?
