[REQUEST] Kmode_Exception_Not_Handled - Stumped!

Did you try a different version of memtest, like what comes with partedmagic? You image shows CPU 1 which could indicate a problem with the CPU and not the RAM.

Tried Parted Magic. It doesn't list the specific errors but it shows the same # of errors.

A bad CPU is ultra rare so I'm not sure what to do now.

Should I try to fix the BSOD issue? That involves fixing the driver.

Considering that the failure indicates a CPU problem and the related file is intelppm.sys which is used for the processor this may not be repairable since the processor is integrated into the logic board. Has all the drivers and BIOS up to date?

Memory errors on two DIMMS indicates either a mainboard fault, or a CPU fault
Not always. I've seen faulty/finnicky memory slots. Although technically I suppose that is a "motherboard" issue, it's easily fixable by just not using that one slot.

OP, try using just one slot and then testing. Better yet, try booting with only a single stick in each slot. If it fails to POST with memory in one of the slots, that's the bad one. If it will POST with both slots then you'll have to run memtest on each slot to find the bad one.

He said there is only 1 slot.....

It's an Asus laptop that's old enough to be using PC3-12800 and it has a Celeron that was launched Q1 2014.

It's time for it to die. Adding memory won't fix the problems that machine has anyway.

I had that same Blue-Screen error description a few months ago and after changing the PSU, RAM, and GPU and updating drivers etc I had to stick a fork in it. The annoying thing is only happened once a day so it was hard to catch.
