keep on copying?

ok guys i know everyone here has encountered this problem and maybe someone has already gave solution just kinda in a hurry. I always make full backups of clients data to my NAS unit. When doing a restore of files and copying back to there repective places sometimes 1 file will error and the transfer will stop. this is so frustrating. Is there an app that can be loaded or a way around this? that if a file fails to copy you can just click "ignore" so the rest can finish? you kinda think this kinda thing would be intuitive for microsoft to include in windows but i guess its asking to much

I use xcopy from a command prompt.
