Kaseya vs LogMeIn

Kaseya is a very mature product however they keep adding more and more great features.

I played with gfi and I must say it is a great tool to get your feet wet with an rmm product, however kaseya is great the features are great, but it does take a while to get the hang of it. Kaseya is not a straight forward as gfi but if I was to do it all over again I would go with kaseya again.

The 1 down fall to kaseya is remote is based on vnc it works but not the fastest and if you don't have an agent installed on the remote computer it's a pain to get remoted in to a machine.

You have to look over the remote control part you are looking at a RMM tool

Labtech, Kaseya, GFI, Continuum (Zenith Infotech)

I think Logmein is a great tool for online repair, like virus removal or remote desktop support. I have tried Labtech, Kaseya, GFI, and Continuum. Out of all those I like Continuum the best, but it does have a learning curve. Their support is great though for getting you help with using the software. Continuum uses Logmein for their remote desktop support. Continuum also costs $4 per desktop and starting out $15 a server.

I would like try N-Able, but you have to pay $500 a month starting out for 100 licenses. They give you 1000 monitor only w/ antivirus licenses with the 100 licenses so you can sell to clients for monitor only customers. They will also help you with marketing.
