We have now doubled the amount of business articles on the Pro plan. From now on, members on the Pro plan will get 4 business articles plus 2 residential articles every month.

I am constantly working to improve the value you get out of your membership and there is more on the way.

Here are this months topics:

eBook Campaign: "5 Reasons Why Your Business Needs Office 365 Today"
This eBook encourages your client to make the jump from Microsoft Office to Office 365. It talks about the benefits they are missing out on plus how it works out being cheaper than desktop versions.

Residential Topics:

Residential Campaign: "What's Best for your Computer: Shutdown or Sleep?"
This informational article talks about whether it is better to shut down your computer or just put it into sleep mode.

Residential Campaign: "Shopping for a New Computer?"
This article is designed to encourage your customer to use your services no matter where they buy the computer from. It says that you may be able to supply them with the right computer or at least help them choose the right one elsewhere. It then promotes your services with migrating data and setting up the new machine.

Business Topics (for Pro level members):
(Send us an email at support@technibble.com if you want to upgrade to Pro)

Business Campaign: "Should you Pay for a Ransomware Attack"
This informational article talks about the business and moral issues of paying if your client falls victim to a ransomware attack. On one hand they may need their data back, on the other hand paying encourages more attacks.

Business Campaign: "Why Your Business Needs Unified Threat Management"
This article explains that a UTM appliance is kind of like having a virtual security guard for your computer network. And lists the many benefits of having a UTM appliance installed.

Business Campaign: "Should you Let an Amateur Loose on your Network?"
This informational article talks about how most work places have someone who is good with computers, but only professionals should work on business computers and networks.

Business Campaign: "Why Periodic Security Assessments Should Be Your New Normal"
This article encourages your client to have you do periodic security assessments on their systems. While their systems may have been secure in the past, security is ever changing and their systems need to be assessed on an ongoing basis.
