IT Strategic plan

I have a client, non-profit community theatre, that is in need of a long range IT strategic plan. I have some pretty good ideas about what they need (system upgrades, network infrastructure, software, policies). Does anyone have an idea where I can get a template or a sample to look at, to put it all in writing. I have done RFPs and RFQs, but never a strategic plan.

This is a very broad subject so you may want to read up on some reference material before you present them with anything. Prep work now will lead to more business later.
