Issues receiving reg key for Avast! free

I install the free version of Avast! on my customer's machines and my process is usually installing it and getting a registration key to input since it only lasts for like 30-60 days otherwise.

Well, Avast has changed their entire website, has come out w/ a new version, and now will not send me my registration keys. My process included making an account w/ mailinator, requesting a key, and usually getting it in a couple of minutes.

As I was at a customer's residence yesterday, I noticed that their new form now says it takes up to 24 hours to receive your keys for some reason. I told the customer that I'd e-mail it to them and showed them how to input it. Well, I still have not received it and I've tried 2 or 3 different mailinator accounts. I used my own personal gmail account just to see if maybe they stopped sending them to mailinator. I'm really hoping to get it and possibly getting many so that I can use them in the future without having to wait an entire day now, which, imo, was an idiotic decision to change to for Avast.

Has anyone else noticed this?

(I also tried using the "resend" link, which just comes up w/ blank message after I submit)

Avast has always said up to 24 hours to get the key. Usually it is more like 24 seconds but there have been times when it has been longer however this has always corrected itself in the past. I expect they put more effort into the paying customers - wouldn't you?

I believe they have recently said that they have had some trouble with one of their license servers. I expect this will return to normal soon. I have historically always received the email instantly.

I just installed Avast 5 last night for a customer and filled in the registration screen. I thought it was part of the program, if memory serves. Anyway, upon doing that, it said "Registered" so I assumed they've changed the procedure and that's all there is to do. I'll have to try it again with another system. Wouldn't want to leave my customer in the lurch after 30 days.!

I've bought and sold several packages directly from their website. I don't want to get involved being a reseller, but avast should like me, as I've sent quite a bit of money their way in the past.

I think avast is great. I <3 avast. :)
