Does anyone know that software that someone posted on here a few weeks back that had the capability to store a .ISO as a folder and add and remove things from it?

I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks!

For future reference, the proper term for this is mounting.

I think what bytes (OP) is getting at is editing the ISO file? If so, then it's not mounting, it's simply editing the ISO file, I guess you could compare it to 7Zip or WinRAR editing a compressed file through it's interface.

Mounting is only when it is called upon as a virtual disk in a virtual drive, so I understand.

Mounting is a much more general term than that. Textbook definitions will tell you mounting is just the process of making some sort of file system available at a mount point. The file system could come from a specific piece of hardware, such as a optical or magnetic drive, or it could come from a file such as WIM or ISO files. A mount point is an available directory (folder). Mounting an ISO file to a virtual drive is a form of mounting where the mount point is set as a root drive letter.
