Is there some kind of bootdisk you can use to re-configure windows 7 remote?

Have a customer that is 4 hours drive the remote access is not functional get a denied by administrator is there some kind of boot disk that provides remote access allowing me to change settings in windows 7 on that station?.

any vnc would do that? crossloop ... teamviewer ... given the pc is booting properly.
