Is anyone using GoToAssist?

Been using it ever since it came out in beta. Currently have 36 clients set up as unattended support. Love it for the simplicity and not having to get dressed to work from home. Never had an issue remoting in to a client as long as their system wasn't too hosed from infection. But I did try to remote into my CPA's system once and couldn't see her desktop other than her mouse pointer. She is running PGP so don't if that was the problem or not.

Glad that you found the bold. Can I suggest ALL-CAPS for extra coolness or ALL-RED!?

Ah yes, the bold. It's how I typically type a reply, before I change it to regular text and post it. Much easier on the eyes at the end of those 18 hours days and 3-4 hours sleep. My mistake for not catching it.

I'm just starting out, but I've been using Logmein Pro2 and Logmein Free for awhile. I just started using GoToAssist free trial package and will see what happens. I'm just starting to build my client base and hopefully, I'll have a good idea of how it will work for my services. So far it looks really great.
