Instant Housecall getting more exposure with new Android App

I never know there was a Android App on the way. But does not really come as a big suprise. I have being using it recently and really impressed with it.

I'm sure Corey from IHC post below soon...
 
holy crap their pricing is expensive if you just look at unattended installations.

Its $41 per month for only 20 unattended installations,
but at only double that price you get 200. However at double, its too expensive for us.

The $41 plan should be 100, and if it was, I would probably buy it. Logmein central Is expiring soon and I want to be done with them.
 
Looks like you're comparing a single feature in InstantHousecall to Logmein Central. Compare it with Logmein Rescue which is a more fair comparison at $129/mo.

And not to mention, Corey's Rock Star support.

Right, not a damned thing wrong with doing it either.

Our core is unattended access, so that's what i look for. If its an option, why wouldn't I compare it?

On-Sight lets you help your customers with hardware problems. If you've ever struggled with helping a customer configure a router or a printer, On-Sight is for you. It lets you see what your customers see, and it's included with Instant Housecall free.

Your customer downloads a small app from your site, points their camera and you can help them remotely with hardware issues, saving you time and a trip. Of course it's also automatically branded with your company name and logo.

Are you looking at doing an iOS version as well? Being in a university town where everybody has apple products it would be a necessity for me.
 
Cool feature! For what it is worth, I also went with a competitor because we have several hundred unattended.

@cstech, We're going to monitor On-Sight's popularity for a short while and make some improvements, but I expect it to be available for iOS soon.
