Installing GFI remotely

Anyone have issues installing GFI with Remote tools such as IHC?

I use screen connect and created a client site called Trial and then downloaded the site installer and it is saved in my screenconnect toolbox so just a matter of clicking install from the remote session. No issues when i have installed remotely.

I put the agent installer zip file on my onedrive account and then share it with the customer. Give them basic instructions of double clicking and running the app. And once that is done I take care of doing the configuration remotely and installing managed antivirus.

Has worked pretty well with the exception of one residential customer that I ended up doing a screen connect session to get it done.
