I spend money & now i make money :)

Fair play to you, you've done a lot of work and invested a lot of money into your business marketing. You've taken the time to appraise what you've done and you give honest feedback on how it's worked for you. It's great that things are working for you, you've certainly done the legwork.

Good luck with your business, you deserve to succeed for your tenacity alone.
Thank you very much. I am planing to pulish detail report of what i have done from begining. This way maybe i can be more helpfull to others.

Just have to be very careful here in at least two cases:

1) Some things cannot be fixed within a reasonable time frame and the customer starts to watch the clock and sweat. They may not give you the time you need.

2) Let's say it's a failed disk and you give them a quote for repair and they refuse and say "i'll just buy a new PC!"
i agree with what you are saying but this example never happent to me all this time. that means chance of having unlucky situation like this must be small and if it happens i think i can live with it as long as doesnt happent too often.

I don't deliver for free. That is a big chunck of my time that can be wasted. If they want, they can come pick it from me for free but if they want it delievered, they have to pay.
You right but where i live compition is hot and resecion made it worst. Also Computer repair business evaluating over the time and before i have many regular custumers and become busy as you are i must compeet with many mobile technicians as well as the shops. Other point also, as long as i make big profit i dont mind offering free collection and drop off,. If nececary i hire some staff and provide better service. No offence! Please dont take this wrong but this way i can beat my competitors if they are thinking like you. Thanks for your opinion you just made me realise i am doing right thing in my situation :)

You could say that the no-fix no-fee only applies if the company is technically unable to fix/resolve the issue, not due to an unwillingness of the customer to pay for the fix/repair

In which case the no-fix no-fee never actually kicks in.

So, no-fix no-fee really counts for not very much at all!
This is very good idea and thanks for this advice. This exacly what i will be saying to the custumers. :)
