How do people who write like this make it out into the world? Don't you have to attend school until you're 16? At least he used full words instead of "ur" and "bc" (your and because).

I did not found any educational institution on this planet that teaches "2" instead of "to" or "u" instead of "you" or any other crap like leet speak.

Being read is a privilege not a right. If someone wants to be read, he should write in a manner that a reader is able to understand what he's reading.

If I was low on cash and some shop told me my laptop was dead, and this guy said 'no fix no charge' then what do I have to lose? (forget data loss, because that's a separate thing from fixing).

As others pointed out... they're not all bad on CL. Heck, I've gotten a few clients from CL when I bothered with it, and they were regular people and it worked out.
