HP 15

What is the exact model number?

I'm unclear as to what is meant by HP 15, other than it's likely a 15" screen laptop. I have 4 of these in my household, all HP 15-xxxxxx model numbers, the oldest having an A8 APU and the newest with A12-9600P and an i7, and all but the A12 models came with Windows 8.1 and have no trouble at all with Windows 10 or drivers for same.

The HP 15 range is the entry-level consumer range of 15" laptops from HP, cheaper than Pavilion so they're as bad as they get from HP.

Still a bit unclear because there are so many models and configurations within the HP 15 range. @River Valley Computer should post the exact model number.

Hence the reason for my question.

That, and the fact that I cannot count the number of HP 15-XXXX I've seen give perfectly decent service for the demographic they're targeted at - which is not the power user or person who needs "rough service" durability.
