How to give priority for startup application???

I have developed a project in vb.net,n i have exe of my project.Now i wanna put this exe in startup with high priority..(My program wants to run after the welcome screen appears before start menu loads..).I hope u can help me..

Take a look at the SourceForge project, Startup Manager. You can set startup programs to load in the order you wish: http://startupmanager.org/

Is ther any way to do it manually,because i have downloaded startup manager but it says setup.exe is not a valid win32 application..!!

try startup delayer it should do the trick.

Try StartupFaster3 if you are having problems.

Sometimes when you attempt to download a file, you get a partial copy that was cached at your ISP. Just retry a time or two and you will get the complete file. Check the file size.

For instance, I have frequently run into that issue while downloading PSI (checks for security updates for non-Microsoft software) from www.secunia.com.
