How many of you use Computer Business Kit v3, and how?

Hey everyone,

I've been using the Computer Business Kit v3 for about a month now and I'm finding that there is a lot of paperwork involved for a single job, especially Pickups/Dropoffs. If a customer wants to drop their computer off with me, I would have them sign the Engagement Form, fill out the Computer Pickup data and sign the legal agreement. I would then copy their information to the Work Order and Drop Off forms and then spend time filing out all 3 documents. This is a lot of work and seems like such a waste of resources.

  • Do you use the CBK v3?
  • If so, do you integrate it with software (such as Repair Shopr, mHelpDesk, etc.)?
  • Do you give your customers copies of any of the paperwork or legal agreements?
  • If so, do you leave more paper trails or send them digitally? Which forms do you send?

We have used it to start the design of our forms and then have made them fillable in pdf and also subscribe to Docusign so can email to them or use iphone/ipad to get signature. Found a way of getting discount on docusign subscription by purchasing through app store.
