Hey everyone,
I've been using the Computer Business Kit v3 for about a month now and I'm finding that there is a lot of paperwork involved for a single job, especially Pickups/Dropoffs. If a customer wants to drop their computer off with me, I would have them sign the Engagement Form, fill out the Computer Pickup data and sign the legal agreement. I would then copy their information to the Work Order and Drop Off forms and then spend time filing out all 3 documents. This is a lot of work and seems like such a waste of resources.

- Do you use the CBK v3?
- If so, do you integrate it with software (such as Repair Shopr, mHelpDesk, etc.)?
- Do you give your customers copies of any of the paperwork or legal agreements?
- If so, do you leave more paper trails or send them digitally? Which forms do you send?
