Hotmail account sign in request

The last few days I keep getting alerted to a sign in request for my old Hotmail account in Authenticator.

I have changed the password but I keep getting the alerts.

When I look at the sign in history it lists only my successful attempts.

I am a bit confused that it is still happening after changing the password and also as to why it doesn't show up in the history.

Anyone know what might be going on?

I'm of no help here but a lot of customers have been randomly having glitchy issues with hotmail...usually if I dilly dally around with it enough I can get them logged in. I make sure they hopefully know the password or we reset it. Make sure cell number is attached to the account. I'm not sure if it's the passkey system goofing things up or what. Seems like that's kinda when I started hearing of these random glitches. Also I make sure they put a 2nd email recovery too and if they don't have one we make one.

Not sure if any of that relates to this or not...seems like 2 seperate issues...but who knows.
