I just want to throw my hat in the ring here and endorse AppRiver. We use for about 10 clients. It's expensive, but they have pretty good extras on top of the Exchange service such as great customer support, easy migration to new versions of Exchange, spam filtering, and a powerful control panel which I can "guest administrate" to help my customers quickly and easily. They've never gone down for us either.

I have been using Appriver for over 2 1/2 years and absolutely love their service. My previous company that I owned in NY I was billing $2000 a month of their services. The best technical support I have experienced in regards to web/email services. I have been in that arena since 1996 when the internet started getting popular.

Hope that helps in your comparisons. I haven't pushed hosted Exchange in over a year now.
