High CPU temp / Max Fans Intermittent after battery & keyboard replace

Thanks Sapphirescales, I've tried them a few times but didn't make any difference.

I have one other idea. I have a MacBook Pro SSD that causes the fans to run at high speeds. If you put in a different SSD, the MacBook no longer has any fan issues. I've tested this SSD in three different MacBooks and they ALL do this, so it's definitely an SSD issue. I think it has to do with a damaged thermal sensor on the SSD or something. Apple Diagnostics shows everything is OK when this SSD is installed.

Do you have access to another IPD flex cable? Maybe the trackpad cable is the issue there

Yeah I was thinking trackpad cable. I didn’t have a spare one but after the application of thermal paste, tidying up the programs running even thou they weren’t showing much usage and tweaking the operating system a bit.
