I don't think I ever seen this question asked anywhere, so I'm giving it a shot. With all the questions about helpdesk software like mhelpdesk and such, what about the helpdesk software offered by our web hosts?
What I would like to know is:
Does anyone use additional software provided by their web hosts?
Why would you not use it and go with (for lack of a better word) publicly"?" offered or "commercial" software.
Just looking at the software in my cPanel and Softaculous, I see 3 products that have pretty high ratings 4.50+ out of 5.00:

I, like a lot of others are still trying to decide on what software to go with and how it would fit into our businesses.
Just curious because I don't recall seeing anyone mention software provided by their web hosts.
