I am sure we have many people here running remote tech support business.

We have a problem which other might also be facing. We get many support calls which are hardware related and these calls simply go waste as we can't fix hardware issues remotely.

What is best way to handle these calls and probably get some sales out of it?

Thanks
Sal

Are you talking about hardware troubleshooting/replacement parts? Well, since you can't remotely swap out a psu/memory/cards, the only option would be to contract with a local tech in that area...
